Standard Cancellation and Refund Schedule
More than 72 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Full reimbursement excluding service charges
Processing Time: 5-7 business days
Processing Fee: €50 for card payments
Conditions: Request must be submitted in written form via email or call
24-72 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Half the total cost of the yacht service
Processing Time: 7-10 business days
Processing Fee: €25 subtracted from the reimbursement
Conditions: Justifiable reason needed; administrative expenses incurred
Less Than 24 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: No refund is accessible
Exception: Cases of emergencies may be taken into consideration
Alternative: A credit for future charters might be provided at the discretion of management
Conditions: Proofs are necessary for claims related to emergencies
Weather-Related Cancellations
Our Weather Guarantee
Your safety is our highest concern. If charter operations are deemed risky due to weather by our expert skipper, we offer adaptable options:
- Full Refund: Provided if changing the date is not feasible
- Reschedule: Transfer your booking to an alternative date at no extra cost
- Charter Credit: Gain a credit that is valid for one year from the original booking date
Weather Assessment Process
Our weather check includes:
- Review of wind velocity and direction
- Evaluation of wave height and sea state
- Forecasts for visibility and rainfall
- Notices from the Coast Guard
- Safety evaluation by a professional skipper
Decision Timeline: The call to cancel due to weather will be made at least 4 hours ahead of the planned departure.
Medical Emergency Refunds
Emergency Circumstances
We realize that medical urgencies can arise. The incidents that may qualify for exceptional consideration include:
- Sudden sickness or injury necessitating hospital care
- Demise of a close family member
- Military conscription or urgent recall
- Imperative jury duty or legal summon
- Natural disasters impacting journey plans
Documentation Requirements
For processing requests related to emergencies, please supply:
- Official note from the medical care provider or hospital records
- Death notice, if relevant
- Authorized military directives
- Citation for court appearance
- Travel alerts or state of emergency notifications
Processing: Reimbursement requests due to emergencies will be handled within 3-5 working days upon the submission of adequate documents.
Operational Cancellations
Mechanical Failures
Should the yacht designated to you suffer mechanical issues that cannot be fixed:
- Alternate Yacht: We will endeavor to arrange a similar yacht as a substitution.
- Full Refund: In the event that no suitable alternative can be provided.
- Partial Refund: If the replacement yacht has a different cost.
- Restitution: We may offer additional reparation for the trouble caused.
Crew Absence
On infrequent occasions when a qualified crew is not available:
- Replacement crew will be arranged if feasible.
- Entire refund if the yacht trip cannot be conducted.
- Option to reschedule without extra charges.

Payment Method
Reimbursements are sent back via the original mode of payment used at the time of booking:
- Credit Cards: 5-7 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days
- Cash/Cheque: 3-5 business days

Credit Card Transaction
€50 charge for cancellations requested more than 72 hours ahead of time
Bank Transfer Returns
€25 fee for all reimbursements through bank transfer

Extra fees might apply for cross-border transactions
Charter Credits
Scenarios for Credit Issuance
Under certain conditions, we may offer credits for future charters instead of direct refunds:
- Last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours notice)
- Charter upsets due to weather
- Voluntary requests for date changes
- Disruptions in operations
Stipulations for Credits
- Validity: Good for one year from the date of issuance
- Transferability: Cannot be transferred to others
- Value: Equals the full amount paid for the charter (exempt from service fees)
- Redemption: Applicable towards any available yacht service
- Expiry: Credits must be used within the 12-month period, no extensions granted
Partial Service Refunds
Disruptions During Service
Should your yacht experience be interrupted or cut short due to reasons within our control:
- Reimbursement proportional to the unused portion
- Credit for another yacht trip equivalent in value
- Add-on services or complimentary upgrades
Interruptions Caused by Guests
If the yacht service is prematurely terminated on account of guest behavior or security infractions:
- No reimbursement for the remaining time
- Full charge for the reserved service is required
- Possible additional fees for damages or issues
Dispute Resolution
Should you find disagreement with a resolution regarding your refund, options include:
- Requesting a second review by our managerial staff
- Presenting extra documents or proof
- Engaging consumer advocacy groups
- Seeking lawful resolutions in accordance with governing law

- All requests for refunds should be filed in written format
- Refunds are conducted in €, regardless of the currency used originally for payment
- Purchasing travel insurance is highly advised
- This refund document is subject to modifications given 30 days' notice
- Refunds are governed by applicable tax laws and regulations
